Team

Introduction

The Team section is where you can give users access to the account with different permissions. These users will have access to the entire account. If you have to give access to specific Scenarios or Audits you can invite users as Guests.

E-mail

New team members can be invited to Columbo simply by entering their e-mail address. Just enter the e-mail address of the person that you want to allow access to Columbo.

Permissions

You can assign different user roles to the members of your team. Three different user roles are possible:

• View: Only viewing audits, scenarios, tests, etc. is possible. No modifications can be made and nothing can be deleted.

• View and edit: The user is allowed to view and edit audits, scenarios, tests, etc.

• Administrate: Besides the permission to view and edit, the user receives access to the account settings and the administration of the team.
