Parameters

Intro

Parameters are the individual values of the various tracking tools. They are collected and added by Columbo automatically when it scans pages during Audits and Scenarios. This section can be used to create them manually (which is barely necessary) or to give them more intuitive names.

Name

Use a unique name to identify the Parameter. When left empty the Parameter's key will be used as its name. Remember, by default the name is used for sorting in the Parameter list.

Tracking Tool

Select which Tracking Tool this Parameter is meant for.

Key

The key where the value for this Parameter can be found in the Tracking Tool's resource. For most tracking tools this is the URL query parameter. For Tag Management Systems it is the key where this Parameter can be found in the Datalayer.
